You have the right to withdraw from your BRTLS Membership within 14 days of entering into the contract, without giving a reason.
You do not have to use this form to exercise your right of withdrawal. You may also contact BRTLS with another clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your contract.

You may also use another clear statement informing BRTLS that you wish to withdraw from your Membership. Use of this model form is not mandatory.
To meet the 14-day withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. This follows the EU rule that the consumer has exercised the right in time when the communication is sent before the withdrawal period ends. Eur-Lex
What happens after you withdraw?
If you validly withdraw from your BRTLS Membership within the applicable 14-day withdrawal period, BRTLS will refund the €199 paid for your initial 90-day Membership period.
Under the BRTLS policy for the initial Membership period, BRTLS does not deduct an amount for the part of the service you may already have used during those first 14 days.
The refund will be processed in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Your Membership access may end once your withdrawal has been processed.
Withdrawal is different from cancellation
Withdrawal applies to your statutory right during the first 14 days after entering into your Membership contract.
If you are outside that period and simply want to prevent your Membership from continuing at €39.95/month after the initial 90 days, you do not need to use this form.
Instead, cancel the upcoming renewal using the cancellation method available through BRTLS.
Cancelling during your initial 90 days normally means:
your initial 90-day Membership remains active → no refund of the €199 → the €39.95 monthly Membership does not begin after day 90.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
