Fatherhood Journey Terms
BRTLS FATHERHOOD JOURNEY
Specific terms for purchasing and using a BRTLS Fatherhood Journey.
These terms explain the three available development windows — 90 days (€199), 180 days (€349) and 365 days (€599) — including the one-time upfront payment, fixed duration, personalised guidance, Development Reviews, access, refunds and the automatic ending of each Journey.
Every Journey uses the same underlying personalised BRTLS approach. The primary difference is the amount of time available for development.
There are no automatic renewals or recurring subscription charges.

Gift Card Terms
BRTLS GIFT CARDS
Specific terms for purchasing, receiving and using a BRTLS Gift Card.
These terms explain Gift Card values, digital delivery, redemption, remaining balances, eligible purchases, refunds, security and other conditions that apply to BRTLS Gift Cards.
A Gift Card may be used toward an eligible BRTLS Fatherhood Journey purchase, subject to the applicable Gift Card Terms.
Receiving a Gift Card does not automatically enrol someone in a paid Fatherhood Journey or create an obligation to make a purchase.
Where a Gift Card is used toward a Fatherhood Journey, the Gift Card Terms apply to the Gift Card and the Fatherhood Journey Terms apply to the purchased Journey.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
WITHDRAWAL & REFUNDS
Information about the statutory right of withdrawal, the additional BRTLS 30-day money-back guarantee, refund requests and circumstances in which other statutory consumer remedies may apply.
This policy also explains that Fatherhood Journeys are purchased for a fixed duration and end automatically, without recurring charges or a requirement to cancel.
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to all three Fatherhood Journey options.

Model Withdrawal Form
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible BRTLS purchase, you can use the BRTLS Model Withdrawal Form to communicate your decision.
Using the form is optional. Where applicable, you may also exercise your right of withdrawal through the online withdrawal functionality or by sending another clear statement.
The statutory right of withdrawal is separate from the voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee.
